I have visited Dr Mather on many occasions over the last year and I think she is a fantastic doctor. Why do I say so? Because she is a fabulous listener, she gives you a feeling and confidence that she really is interested in your problem. All I would like to say to Dr Mather is keep doing what you are already doing expertly well - a true professional.

I've visited this particular doctor for the last several visits and feel she is fully aware of my history (both recent and historic). The doctor is attentive and listens to what I say and also takes into account my feelings/views in any decisions or possible resolutions that will help aid recovery. An understanding of my home environment situation is also a plus, taking these things into consideration and again showing compassion and also offering advice on how to assist with a given situation is reassuring. It also helps, understanding that situation, in discussing why, what and how, my various symptoms/illnesses are occurring and the best way to treat these. There is still a long elapsed time between seeking and securing an appointment, - can this be mitigated? The SMS reminders of appointments are invaluable, keep them please.
